All in all everything was excellent, had an amazing stay like in home or granny visit. The room was new-fashioned and compact, and with a pleasant view to the sea and the breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this ideal hotel with the excellent staff. The offered breakfast was delicious. Property's location was lovely and incredible, to far from beach. And it was also very close to the local supermarket as well as regular buses into St Ives. The provided service was excellent!

Everything met standards, I would happily return. The staff was excellent and amicable. The location was excellent, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Excellent restaurant provided vegetarian dishes.

Our room with good breakfast was a nice size and extremely pleasant. The service was all in all exceptional. The location close to the train station was nice, most places in Carbis Bay were within reach. This hotel was located in a gorgeous area.

My double room with fan, great value for money, as example was well-appointed. Its location in Carbis Bay was fantastic and stunning, close enough to the garden & the sea, the best beach and St Ives, Hayle and Penzance, allofwhich are very beautiful. I enjoyed great service and will be back.

Fabulous and fab meals. Reasonably large and airy room, had a quite comfortable stay like in home or granny visit. All in all marvellous and lovely setting adjacent to buses and train and local shops and restaurants, the garden & the sea, and certain areas.

It was in a magnificent location not far from Green Apple, the sea and the breakfast and St Ives, Hayle and Penzance, allofwhich are very beautiful.

I had a really enjoyable stay at a charming B&B located close to the beach. The room was clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and cute mugs. The breakfast area was lovely and the food was filling, with a variety of options. The host was friendly and helpful, making our visit a delight. I would happily recommend this B&B.
